Did you leave 2020 stronger than you entered it? No, I'm not asking about your gym workouts and about how much you can bench press! I'm asking about your spiritual and mental health.
I know that a lot of people have been trying to be positive in their New Year social media posts, highlighting the positive things they've experienced, which is great to see, but it's much more than that. We need to ensure that we are spending time with God each day, reading scriptures, praying, worshipping and sitting quietly, listening for that still small voice. We want to encourage you with this area of your life (see our blog from the end of 2019: A Confession!), so let us know how we can help you.
As we enter the third national lockdown, we would also like to encourage you, if you are struggling at all, to reach out to us. We're available to chat, Zoom, FaceTime etc, just message us and we'll arrange a suitable time with you. Though Time2 are primarily here to support, encourage and equip church leaders, it's Time2 make ourselves available to the wider family. No, we're not mental health specialists, but we do have a love of people and just want to encourage you, we're happy to listen without judging, supporting you in any way possible.
