God seems to have been speaking to us quite a bit in the last couple of weeks, following a period of silence. Though it's nice to be able to hear Him again, it's not necessarily what we're wanting to hear at the moment, as rather than receiving clear instructions for the future and about where the provision is coming from!
If your dream doesn't scare you, is it big enough?

I recently came across this phrase in one of my journals, I'd written it about 12 months ago, I can't remember why I wrote it down or where it's from, but it got me thinking. If your dream doesn't scare you, is it big enough?
I'm sure that we can all look back at things or situations that we've had to wait for, whether it was as a child waiting for Christmas morning, so that we could open that present that we've been going on about to our parents for the last 6 months, or waiting for a cake to bake and cool, anticipating the taste as the smell permeates the whole house, or waiting the arrival of that long desired baby. In the moment, the waiting seems an eternity, but doesn't the event become all the more special because of the wait?
I think that we've all experienced at least one of those car journeys with small children (and be thankful if you can only think of one! I've had many and now as a grand parent, I'm experiencing it all over again!), where as soon as you've reached the end of your street, they're already calling from the back seat 'Are we there yet?' and they don't stop until you finally arrive. Children are naturally impatient, they can't wait to arrive at the destination and be free to get out of the car and to experience all that your destination has to offer.
A number of people have questioned why we feel called to set up this ministry for church leaders/workers. Why do they need it and how are we qualified to help them?
